Know Before You Go
How It Works
- Universal Horror Unleashed is required to be redeemed on the first day of the pass at the time selected when purchasing the Experience Pass (Session start time at 4PM). Allow 90min -3hours for exploration.
- Passes are self-guided. Once you’ve entered the AREA15 District, you are ready to go to any of the experiences or attractions included in your Pass. Wander to your destination or use our map to find your way around. Scan your QR Code and have fun!
- Virtual queuing may be available to reduce wait times.
- Access Level 3B Experience Pass is a two-day ticket. All rides and experiences must be completed within 48 hours (consecutive days) of selected start date. Allow 8+ hours for exploration.
- Tokens for Asylum Bar + Arcade and Fantasy Claw Arcade will only be distributed one time.
- All Pass attractions and experiences are only one (1) entry per guest, no re-entry.
- Reservations for Five Iron Golf, John Wick Experience, Interstellar Arc, The Escape Game & Great Big Game Show must be made in person with your pass voucher. Time slots are available on a first come, first served basis. Reservations are subject to availability and capacity limitations.
- John Wick Experience: Valid Wednesday – Monday, time slot must be reserved in person upon arrival to AREA15 (box office opens at 12PM Wednesday – Thursday and 11AM Friday – Monday. Current hours here). Limited availability. Time slots will sell out.
- Oddyssey Manor: Available Friday-Sunday starting at 6:30pm. Last entry is at 8:30pm.
- Weather or maintenance issues may arise without notice. Guests will be offered alternatives if capacity allows.
- No substitutions on rides, attractions, or experiences.
- The Experience pass starts when AREA15 opens (see Operating Hours). Last entry times may vary. Check tickets for valid redemption times.
- Access Level 3B is not available for group purchases. A maximum of 9 tickets is allowed per order.
- Not available on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays. No refunds or reschedules.
Restrictions & Requirements
- Experiences, attractions, and rides may have safety restrictions and guidelines. Age, height and weight recommendations may also apply. LEARN MORE HERE. Attraction Operators and Management reserve all rights.
- Visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of visit.
