Know Before You Go
Helpful Tips
- Recommended for ages 13 and up. Younger children are welcome but some puzzles may be challenging.
- Children 4 and under are free. Call ahead to add them to your reservation.
- A paying adult (18+) must participate with anyone 14 and under.
- A parent or guardian must sign a waiver for any participant under 18.
- Wheelchair accessible. Confirm specific room accessibility when booking.
- No pets allowed.
- No outside food or drinks inside the game rooms.
Requirements
- Book in advance — sessions fill up, especially on weekends and holidays.
- Arrive early. Late arrivals may reduce your game time.
- Most games are private to your group, but during busy times others may be added to fill remaining spots.
- Hints are available at any time with no penalties.
- You are never actually locked in. You can step out at any time.
- Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before your game for a full refund. Games can be rescheduled up to 4 hours before start time.
