Know Before You Go
Helpful Tips
- This experience is recommended for guests 13 and older. The intensity of the scares, along with effects including strobe lights, synthetic fog, and high-volume sound, may not be suitable for younger children or guests with certain sensory needs.
- Tickets must be purchased in advance and are date-specific. Multiple ticket options are available.
- Discounts are available for Nevada residents, active or retired military, and college students.
- Plan to spend anywhere from two to six hours to experience everything the venue has to offer.

Restrictions
- There is a COSTUME POLICY in place: face masks and anything that obstructs the face are not permitted. Costumes are subject to the costume policy.
- Scare actors are not permitted to make intentional physical contact with guests — and guests are expected to extend the same courtesy to performers.
- Phones and cameras are welcome throughout the venue but must be put away inside the haunted houses.
